Refund policy

For Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg:: you have the right to return your ordered items free of charge within 14 days after receipt.
To make use of this, please folow the return procedure in your account where you state your reasons why you want to return the item. We will then send you a link where you can download your package stamp. You wrap the articles in a box with the package stamp that you simply hand over at the post office or post point and this within 14 days following the receipt of the return link. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
As soon as we have received the articles and have checked them, your money will be refunded within 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they show clear traces of use and / or abuse.
In the case of ordered tights, these are refused if the hygiene seal is broken.
In case of refusal by use and / or abuse, the items are not sent back to the customer free of charge. A sum of € 8 must first be paid.
